Two, continuous beeping "hum..." :

Cause analysis: When the motor is running without load, it makes a sound like a buzzer, and the motor has abnormal axial vibration, and there is a "buzz" sound when it is turned on or off. Specific features: multiple lubrication state is not good, winter and both ends of the ball bearing motor, mainly when the shaft aligning performance is not good, an unstable vibration under the influence of axial vibration.

The solution:

1, with good lubrication grease;

2, add preload, reduce installation error;

3. Choose bearings with small radial clearance;

4, improve the motor bearing seat rigidity



Third, paint rust:

Cause analysis: Due to the drying of the motor bearing shell paint, the volatile chemical components corroded the end face of the bearing, the outer groove and the groove, so that the abnormal sound occurred after the groove was corroded. Specific features: After corrosion, the surface rust of the thermocouple is more serious than the first side.

The solution:

1, the rotor, the casing, dry or dry after assembly;

2, reduce the motor temperature;

3, choose suitable paint model;

4. Improve the ambient temperature of motor bearing placement;

5, with adapted oils, fat oil causes less rust, silicone oil, mineral oil is most easily caused;

6. Vacuum dipping process is adopted.



Four, impurity sound:

Cause analysis: Caused by the cleanliness of the bearing or grease, an irregular abnormal sound is issued.

Specific features: The sound is occasionally absent, there is no rule when it is large and small, and it is multiple on the high-speed motor.

The solution:

1, choose good grease;

2, improve the cleanliness before grease injection;

3, strengthen the sealing performance of the bearing;

4. Improve the cleanliness of the installation environment.



Five, high frequency, vibration sound "da da......"

Specific features: The sound frequency varies with the bearing speed, and the surface corrugation of the parts is the main cause of noise.

The solution:

1, improve the bearing raceway surface processing quality, reduce the amplitude of corrugation;

2, reduce injury;

3. Correct the clearance preload and match, check the operation of the free end bearing, and improve the precision installation method of the shaft and bearing seat.



6. Heating up:

Specific features: After the bearing runs, the temperature exceeds the required range.

The solution:

1, choose the right oil, the amount is appropriate;

2. Correct the clearance preload and match, check the operation of the free end bearing;

3, improve bearing seat accuracy and installation method;

4, improve the sealing form.



Seven, bearing feel is not good:

Specific features: When the thermocouple rotates the rotor by hand, it feels the impurities and blocking sensation inside the bearing.

Reason analysis: 1, the gap is too large; 2, the inner diameter and shaft are not matched properly; 3. Channel damage.

The solution:

1, the clearance should be as small as possible;

2. Selection of tolerance zone;

3, improve the accuracy of the thermocouple, reduce the damage of the channel;
