  • For heating water, the main reason is that the electric heating tube surface of the scale accumulation is too much, the main component of the scale is carbon calcium, the accumulation of more heating tube heat blocked, heating wire heat is mostly not released, serious later will appear burst tube phenomenon, this time will lead to leakage, the corresponding electrical energy conversion rate is not high, resulting in reduced thermal efficiency. Therefore, in the case of heating water, the corresponding regular inspection and maintenance of the heating pipe is necessary.

    According to the formula, increasing the power can reduce the heating time under other conditions.

    The initial temperature of the heated object and the heating time will change with the heating temperature difference of the heated object. The larger the temperature difference, the longer the heating time is required, and the smaller the vice versa. Therefore, when considering the heating time, the power should be properly increased when designing the heating tube to ensure the heating efficiency.

    The power supply environment will also affect the heating time, and the corresponding heating tubes are different in the voltage environment of 220v and 380v. When the voltage is insufficient, the heating tube will work at low power, and the thermal efficiency will decrease.

    Long time non-stop operation will also cause the heating tube to slow down, because the heating principle of most heating tubes is that the internal resistance wire heats up and then conducts heat, and the resistance value of the resistance wire will increase in a long time high temperature environment, resulting in slow heating. Therefore, in the process of long-term use, regular maintenance can be used. It not only ensures heating efficiency but also prolongs service life.
