Today, I will tell you about the core heating body of the electric heating tube - electric heating wire. The electric heating wire that can be called the heating body in the electric heating tube also has requirements, the specific requirements are as follows:
(1) sufficient heat resistance, that is, no oxidation or little oxidation at high temperatures;
(2) Has a certain mechanical strength at high temperatures;
(3) larger than the resistance, otherwise the tubular electric heating element has to be very long, which is not easy to install;
(4) The smaller the resistance temperature coefficient, the better;
(5) Good processing performance, can be processed into linear, ribbon or spiral, and has good welding performance;
(6) long-term work without aging;
(7) The material source is based on domestic, and the cost is low. At present, the commonly used materials in China are nickel base alloy and iron base alloy. Ferrochrome aluminum alloy is more brittle than nickel-chromium wire in the heated state, but because it is in the tube and is pressed into the filler, the electric heating wire is not subjected to any form of mechanical pressure during heating. Therefore, the brittleness shortcomings mentioned above do not exist for tubular electric heating elements. In actual production, the specification used for electric heating wire is between 0.15 and 1.6mm, when the wire diameter is ≥0.3mm, O0r25A5 iron chromium aluminum alloy wire is generally used, and when the wire diameter p is ≤0.25, Or20Ni80 nickel chromium alloy wire is used.
