1, electrical strength test

2. Overload experiment

3, leakage current experiment
The heating tube is placed under the condition of full heating, and the voltage is 1.15 times. If the leakage current is less than 0.5MA, it is a high-quality electric heating tube.


4, seal test

This sealing test is mainly carried out for the shell of the electric heater, the heating tube is placed in acidified water, and then the two ends of the electric tube are exposed to see whether the performance requirements have met the requirements of items 1 and 3.



5. Test the sealing device
The main performance requirements are the same as the fourth item, except that the experimental conditions are different, and the experimental conditions are to put the electric heating tube in an environment with a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 95% for one day.
