Cause:

1. The porcelain contact rod of the temperature controller is stuck by a foreign body

2, hot bimetal sheet deformation

3, dynamic and static contact fatigue, loss of elasticity, poor contact

4. The dynamic and static contacts are sticky and cannot be opened or closed

5, the dynamic and static contact plate fastening screws loose



Treatment method:

1, remove foreign bodies, hand press can move up and down flexibly

2, adjust the deformation, restore the original state and elasticity

3, adjust the Angle of the contact to restore its elasticity

4, grinding contact, if there is no effect to replace new products

5. Tighten again



Four, the fuse of the electric heat pipe is blown



Cause:

1, the diameter of the fuse is too small, the capacity is insufficient

2. Short circuit between power cord plug and electric socket

3. The primer or lead of the heat pipe falls off, causing short circuit

4, the heat pipe (core) burned out caused by short circuit

5, electric socket accumulation of dirt or carbonization caused short circuit



Treatment method:

1. Replace the appropriate fuse

3. Reattach
