Mold single head tube

Mold single-head electric heat pipe is an electric heat pipe installed by punching a hole in the mold or opening a slot. More common is the embedded mold single head electric heating tube. If a single-headed electric heat pipe is used in the mold, set mounting holes on the mold according to the size of the electric heat pipe (or customize the outer diameter of the heating pipe according to the size of the installation hole). Minimize the gap between the electric heat pipe and the mounting hole. When processing the installation hole, it is recommended that the gap on one side be less than 0.05mm. It is also very important to customize the hole depth of the mold according to the length of the heating part of the single head electric heat pipe. Due to the characteristics of small volume and large power of the single-head electric heat pipe, it is especially suitable for the heating of metal molds, and is usually used with thermocouples to achieve good heating and temperature control effects.
