2. The input power and voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage of the various electric heat pipes, if applied below the rated voltage, the electric heat generated by the electric heat pipes will decrease;

3. Electric heat pipe terminal, two nuts in the application of the wiring is relatively tight, do not use too much force, so as not to cause screw loosening resulting in damage to the electric heat pipe;

4. The terminals of the electric heat pipe should be kept clean and dry. Otherwise, the insulation performance will be shortened. 5. Some viscose and other substances, such as sodium nitrate, stearic acid, paraffin, etc., should be heated to reduce the power supply voltage and reduce the heat of the electric tube until all melt into a liquid, and then rise to the rated heating voltage;

6. The selection of electric heat pipe should pay special attention to the medium. No corrosion of the shell material.

7. When using the electric heat pipe, if the thick pipe scale and grease accumulate on the surface, it should be removed regularly, otherwise it will reduce the rated allowable damage caused by the heat load on the surface of the heat pipe.

8. Stainless steel heating pipe should be stored in a dry warehouse, if placed for a long time, the surface is damp, and the insulation resistance is measured using a megohm meter. If it is less than 1 megohm / 500 volts, it should be placed in a 200-degree heating tube drying oven.
