Cause and solution of hot runner heating ring not heating

Analysis of the reason why the hot runner heating ring does not heat up:

1. The heating ring is damaged

3. The contactor is burned out

Solution 1: First turn off the power, remove the heating ring wire, use a multimeter to check whether the heating ring is burned out, and replace it immediately.

Solution 2: Check the strong electricity used by the heating ring, check with a multimeter. The general problem is that the heat switch is tripped or burned out, and the trip is re-turned off and then pushed on, if the power is broken and replaced, the problem can be solved.

Solution to problem 3: First, you can check whether the control power supply of the contactor is electric, there is no action for the contactor problem, check whether the contact is loose, if loose, then turn off the power with a screwdriver to tighten the connector, the connector is no problem for the contactor is broken, replace it. Be careful to mark each line to prevent confusion.

Solution 4: The control power supply is generally no output power on the computer motherboard.
