Electric heating tube is generally non-standard custom, when a customer comes to inquire, generally will tell him the need for voltage, power. This voltage is the rated voltage of the electric heating tube.

Electric heating tube is generally non-standard custom, when a customer comes to inquire, generally will tell him the need for voltage, power. 1. Rated voltage of electric heating tube

The rated voltage of the electric heating tube refers to the voltage specified at the time of design and marked on the housing of the electric heating tube. Or in other words, the rated voltage is the voltage given when the customer asks us to produce and process.

Second, the working voltage of the electric heating tube

The operating voltage is the final voltage of all electric heating tubes connected together, also known as the power supply voltage.

1, single branch power supply: for a single heating tube connected to the power supply, the working voltage of the heating tube refers to the voltage connected to the component specified in the design, that is, the rated voltage of 220V.

2, multiple power supply in series: for a group of multiple electric heat pipes or heating tubes connected in series to the power supply, the working voltage of the electric heating tube refers to the sum of the rated voltage of each electric heating tube.
Note: This involves the question of whether multiple heating tubes are connected in series or in parallel. If you know that multiple heating tubes need to be connected, it is necessary to distinguish whether the connection is series or parallel in order to confirm the voltage of a single electric heating tube.

Therefore, the rated voltage and working voltage of the electric heating tube must be distinguished clearly. This voltage is the rated voltage of the electric heating tube.
