The temperature-controlled single-head electric heat pipe refers to a single-head electric heat pipe with a built-in thermocouple. Built-in K thermocouple temperature range: -200~800 ℃

Built-in J-type thermocouple temperature range: 0~400 ℃

The electric heat pipe products with thermocouples are generally used in the mold environment where space is limited but the heating tube needs to be prevented from overtemperature or reflect the mold temperature. If conditions permit, it is recommended to choose an external thermocouple to measure the temperature as far as possible. On the one hand, the external thermocouple can reduce maintenance costs, and on the other hand, the external thermocouple can more accurately reflect the temperature of the mold.
In practice, there is no great difference between Linzhi temperature controlled electric heat pipe and ordinary electric heat pipe, but the temperature probe of the thermocouple is placed inside the heating tube, and then the positive and negative wires of the thermocouple are drawn from the inner core rod of the heating tube through the preset wire, so as to achieve the purpose of insulation protection.
The appearance of Linchi temperature-controlled single-head electric heat pipe is the same as that of ordinary electric heat pipe, but the heating tube with temperature measurement function has a thermocouple independent signal line at the wiring.
