The difference between the outlet line and the external outlet line in the single-head electric heating tube

Time:2022-09-22 16:23:20       Page view:

1: Different production processes

External outgoing wire: the internal resistance wire is welded with the outgoing rod, and then the card terminal is connected to the high-temperature lead wire.

Internal outlet: The high-temperature wire is directly welded with the resistance wire from the inside of the pipe mouth.

2: High temperature lead material is different

External outlet line: Because the high temperature lead is welded externally with the lead rod, the temperature of the welding part is not too high at this time, and the high temperature lead of the external outlet line is generally able to withstand 200 degrees.

Internal outlet wire: Because the high temperature lead wire of the internal outlet wire structure is welded directly with the resistance wire from the inside and inside the pipe mouth, the high temperature lead wire of this structure should be at least 800 degrees, and the pure nickel wire is generally used, so the cost is also high.

3: The creepage phenomenon is different

From the point of view of creepage, the inside exit line is safer.

4: Production efficiency

The production efficiency of the inner lead is far less than that of the outer lead, and the process is more difficult when the inner lead is welded with the resistance wire, so the lead of the general inner lead should not be too long.
