Single head tube heating area is optional

·The heating area of the single head electric heat pipe can be customized according to needs, such as customized segmented heating type, or the heating area of the same heating tube can be independently controlled.

Single head tube does not heat section customization

·The normal default cold end of both ends is 5mm, 5mm, and the length and position of the non-heating area can be customized according to actual needs to achieve the best heating effect.
The non-heating area can be located at both ends of the heating pipe, the middle position or the designated position；

·The heating area of the single head electric heat pipe can be customized according to needs, such as customized segmented heating type, or the heating area of the same heating tube can be independently controlled.

Single head tube power distribution custom

·Since the temperature at both ends of the heating area of the single-head electric tube is usually lower than the middle part, it is especially necessary to improve in some applications (such as rubber molds, precision molds, heating equipment). To solve the problem of uneven heat source distribution, the power of both ends of the single-head electric heat pipe can be customized to be higher than that of the middle part.
35%/30%/35% three-stage heating or 25%/20%/10%/20%/25% five-stage heating are common power distributions;

Single-head pipe outlet is sealed and moisture-proof

·In order to strengthen the sealing and moisture-proof performance of the product, epoxy resin, silicone rubber, ceramic glue, high temperature cement or Teflon can be used as the sealing material of the outlet end, and the maximum heat resistance temperature can reach 1100℃. Teflon leads can also be used in poor environment;

Built-in temperature sensing cable

·The temperature sensing wire (type "J" or "K") can be built into the middle or bottom of the cartridge heater (single-head heating tube), with or without ground;

High temperature resistant material for sealing single-ended tubes

·If you need to use a single-head electric tube at extremely high temperatures, you can choose 95 high-frequency ceramic sealing, and use high temperature ceramic glue, high temperature cement sealing, the highest heat resistance temperature can reach 1100℃. Lead selection of high temperature pure nickel wire or nickel-manganese wire set magnetic beads optional;
