1Do not easily determine the process, and do not easily change the established process
(1) If there is a quality problem in the product, find the root cause of the problem;
(2) Without understanding the problem, easily changing the process will mask the real cause and problem.
2Process control requires a strong sense of quantification and traceability
(1) Quality depends on many factors, don't ignore any details;
(2) Any details should be controlled and recorded with data as far as possible;
(3) Failure to control and trace the details of the process will mislead the formulation of corrective and preventive measures.
3It takes patience to solve problems
(1) Can not be impetuous, people can not eat into a fat;
(2) Do not ignore abnormal situations because they are not relevant to the problem being solved;
(3) Can not find the cause and law can not stagnate, you can control the influence of the analysis of the standard;
(4) Review the experience and rules of previous experiments and summaries;
(5) Once some experience and rules are found, it is worthwhile to go deeper and raise it to a theory, even if it costs a little more;
(6) We should know that "a thousand miles dike is destroyed in the ant's nest", and we should also know that "the foolish old man moves mountains".
4Build a preventive mindset
(1) The highest level of quality management is prevention, not to save after a problem;
(2) There must be signs before any quality problems occur, and methods, means and experience need to be taken to monitor and identify;
(3) When the same quality problem is repeated for a second time, great attention should be paid to it;
(4) Daily process and result data should be sorted out with certain tools, and rules and trends should be found from the sorted results. These rules and trends need to be constantly corrected;
(5) Each control element should be as consistent as possible before processing the product.
5Quality control must have management thinking
(1) Do not want to rely directly on the technician to achieve the stability of product quality;
(2) Product quality is manufactured, without direct manufacturer management, quality can never be stable;
(3) Therefore, it is necessary to observe, pay attention to and study the performance and status of the direct manufacturer of the product, and manage and mobilize these performance and status;
(4) If the performance and status of the direct manufacturer of the product is not controlled, once there is a quality problem, you will never analyze the cause of the inaccuracy;
(5) Do not think that the process control requirements stipulated in our current process discipline are in line with the product quality is absolutely no problem;
(6) Therefore, our process control requirements should be constantly improved, but also to manage people.
6Listen to your opinions and suggestions
(1) Do not think that others do not know the reality, can not solve the problem at once, opinions are worthless;
(2) But they, especially the direct manufacturers of the products, can give us a lot of tips and reminders;
(3) If you can solve this problem, no one's opinions and suggestions can be ignored; But when it can't be done, it is recommended that anyone's opinions and suggestions should be listened to, should be tried and tested, whether you like or not;
(4) The thinking of quality management often touches the frontier of science and technology, even if it is a casual word or a complaint, it may guide or suggest the direction of a major technological innovation, so professional and technical personnel should pay attention to details and be good at capturing details.
